Premium Tesla Taxi is an owner-operated service legally registered as Lidiia Gordienko DBA Premium Tesla Taxi (Orange County FBN 20266750824, filed September 2, 2026). There is a single driver and a single Tesla, so only one ride can be served at any given date and time.

Because of this, every confirmed booking blocks that exact date and time in our calendar. If another customer tries to book the same slot, the system marks it as already taken and the booking cannot be completed.

We never accept two rides for the same time. If a time you want is unavailable, please choose the next free slot or contact us to arrange an alternative.

A ride is requested through the fare calculator on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp. Your slot is held as soon as the request is submitted, and we confirm by phone or WhatsApp shortly afterwards.

Please book in advance where possible. Same-day requests are accepted subject to availability of the single vehicle.

The price shown by the fare calculator is a fixed quote for the route you entered, based on real driving distance and estimated duration.

The card price is our standard price. A cash or Zelle discount is available at the percentage displayed when you book; the discount amount and your chosen payment total are shown before confirmation.

Changing the pickup or drop-off address, adding stops, or significant waiting time may change the final fare. Tolls and parking fees, where they apply, are passed on at cost.

For standard pickups we wait up to 15 minutes free of charge; for airport pickups we wait up to 45 minutes after landing.

If the passenger does not appear and cannot be reached after that period, the ride is treated as a no-show and the fare may be charged in full.

One cancellation rule applies to every payment method: cash, Zelle and card. Cancelling is always possible and there is no cancellation block at any time.

Before the driver departs, cancelling is free. The driver departs when they tap “Start Live Tracking” on their driver page; at that moment you receive the departure SMS with your live tracking link. If you cancel while the driver has not yet started live tracking, nothing is charged, any guarantee-card hold is released and anything you paid by card is refunded in full.

After the driver has started live tracking, you can still cancel, but the full fare is charged. The same applies if you do not take the ride. The charge is refunded in full if the cancellation was caused by the driver being late.

Cash and Zelle rides are secured with a card guarantee that must be entered before the booking is created. The amount is frozen on the card, not charged, and is released when the ride is completed or cancelled before departure.

You can cancel the booking yourself on this website at any time from the Cancel a booking page, using your booking reference and the phone number or email you booked with. Cancelling releases the time slot so other customers can book it.

There is always at least a 30-minute gap between two bookings, so the driver is never rushed between rides.

Once a time is confirmed, the system blocks that time and the surrounding buffer. Any other customer trying to book the same time sees it as unavailable, so double bookings are impossible.

Seat belts are mandatory. Smoking, vaping and open alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle. Child seats can be arranged on request.

Passenger and luggage capacity is limited to what the vehicle safely allows. Excessive soiling of the interior may incur a cleaning fee.

We plan routes to arrive on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control.
