A commute is the one journey you take on purpose, at the same time, over and over. That makes it the worst possible thing to leave to a rideshare app, where the 7:15am price is decided by demand rather than by distance. A standing booking fixes all of it: your pickup time is reserved for the week, the fare is the same every day, and the person driving is the same person you messaged the first time. Regular riders also pay less — ten percent off for three days a week, fifteen percent off for five days or more.

Booked the night before for a 5 a.m. flight and the Tesla was waiting five minutes early. Clean, silent, and the price was exactly what the site quoted.

Rides to work and back home, at one fixed price

Your commute is priced once from the real driving route between home and work, and that number then applies every day. It does not rise at 7am, it does not rise on a Friday, and it does not rise because the freeway is slower than usual. The only thing that changes the price is a change to the route itself.

That includes the driver, the Tesla, energy, standard tolls and a waiting allowance. No booking fee, no peak-hour premium, no card processing charge. If you add a stop on the way — daycare, a gym, a coffee run — it is priced openly before you confirm.

Ten and fifteen percent off for regular riders

Three days a week takes ten percent off the fixed fare. Five days or more takes fifteen percent. The only condition is that the week is booked in advance, which is what makes reserving your slots possible in the first place.

Promo codes are issued personally over WhatsApp rather than published, so a regular arrangement stays yours. Enter the code at booking and the discounted total is shown on screen before payment.

Your morning slot is genuinely reserved

We run one Tesla Model Y with one driver. When a weekday slot is confirmed it is blocked for everyone else, with a thirty-minute gap either side, so nobody can double-book the time you rely on and no ride is rushed by the one before it.

It also means the arrangement is stable: no rotating drivers, no reassignment minutes before pickup, and no last-minute cancellation because a better-paying job appeared elsewhere.

A commute you can actually work in

The car is cleaned between rides, quiet at freeway speed, and has two-row climate control and a panoramic glass roof. In practice that means the ride to work is time you get back: calls taken properly, email cleared, or thirty minutes of not being in traffic yourself.

Corporate riders keep the paperwork tidy at the same time. Each ride sends its own itinerary and receipt, so a month of commuting is already documented when expenses are due.

Daily commute rides — frequently asked questions

How does a daily commute booking work?
You tell us the pickup address, the drop-off address and the times you need on each day of the week, and we reserve those slots in advance for the whole week rather than day by day. The fare is calculated once from the driving route between your two addresses, then applied to every ride, so there is nothing to re-quote each morning. Once the pattern is set, the only message you ever need to send is a change: an earlier start, a day off, a different office. Everything else simply happens at the time you chose, in the same car, with the same driver.
What discount do regular clients get?
Ten percent off if you book three days in a week, and fifteen percent off if you book five days or more, booked at least a week in advance. The discount is applied to the fixed fare, so you still see one final number before confirming rather than a percentage to work out yourself. Codes are issued personally rather than published online: message us on WhatsApp saying you want to ride regularly and you will get your own code to enter at booking. If your weekly pattern changes, the discount level follows the number of days you actually book.
Can I book both the morning and the evening ride?
Yes, and most commuters do. The outbound and the return are booked as two rides on the same day, each with its own fixed fare, so a late meeting only affects the evening leg. If your finish time moves around, tell us in the morning and we will shift the return rather than cancel it. Because one car and one driver cover both legs, the evening pickup point, the building entrance and the preferred route are already known after the first week, which is usually where the daily friction disappears.
What happens if I am late leaving the office, or need to cancel a day?
A short wait is normal and already allowed for in the fare. If you know in advance that a day is not needed, cancel it more than an hour before pickup and it costs nothing — the rest of the week stays exactly as booked. Inside that final hour the ride is treated as committed, because the slot was held for you and turned away from other passengers. You can cancel or move a single day yourself on the website using the reference from your confirmation email, without unpicking the whole arrangement.
Is a daily commute by car service actually worth it?
For a lot of riders it replaces a second car rather than a taxi. Once you count parking, fuel or charging, insurance, maintenance and the depreciation on a car that sits in a garage all day, a fixed daily fare with the regular-client discount often compares well — and the commute itself becomes usable time for calls, email or simply not driving. It is also the cheapest way to cover a gap: a car in the shop, a licence suspension, a broken wrist, or a household that has temporarily lost one of its two cars.
Which areas do you cover for regular rides?
Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles. Commutes inside Orange County are the most common — Irvine, Mission Viejo, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Santa Ana and Anaheim — with longer standing runs into downtown Los Angeles and downtown San Diego also regularly booked. Since we operate one car, weekday morning slots fill first, so a standing arrangement is worth setting up before the week starts rather than mid-week. If your route sits just outside these areas, ask: it is usually still possible on a fixed price.
How do regular clients pay?
Each ride can be paid online by card through an encrypted Square checkout, or settled in the car by card or cash — the price is identical either way, with no card surcharge. Zelle, Venmo and PayPal are accepted on request. Every ride generates its own confirmation email and PDF receipt, which is what corporate riders need for expenses; if a company is paying, receipts can be forwarded straight to finance without asking us for paperwork later. There is no membership fee and no subscription — you pay only for the rides you book.
