Which areas do you actually cover?
We drive Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles County as one continuous service area, plus every airport inside it: John Wayne (SNA), LAX, San Diego International (SAN), Long Beach, Burbank and Ontario. Orange County is where the car is based, so pickups there are usually reachable within about thirty minutes. Trips to San Diego or Los Angeles are quoted door to door from your pickup address, and because the fare is fixed the distance is priced once, before you book, rather than climbing while you sit in traffic on the 5 or the 405.
Do you charge more for a long trip out of the area?
The price grows with the real driving distance and expected drive time, but nothing else changes. There is no out-of-area surcharge, no return-leg fee added quietly at the end, and no surge multiplier for early mornings or holiday weekends. A one-way Irvine to San Diego transfer is quoted from the actual route before you commit, and that figure is what you pay on arrival. If you want a stop on the way, add it in the notes and it will be priced openly before you confirm anything.
What if my pickup is outside the towns listed here?
The town lists on this page are the places we visit most, not a boundary. If your address sits between them — inland Riverside County, the far end of North County San Diego, the San Gabriel Valley — put it into the fare calculator and you will get a real quote or a clear answer that the trip is too far for one car and one driver. Asking costs nothing, and a WhatsApp message usually gets a reply faster than filling in a form.
Is it always the same car and driver everywhere you cover?
Yes. This is a single Tesla Model Y with one licensed, insured, background-checked driver, wherever the trip takes you. That is the reason a confirmed booking is a genuine reservation: once your date and time are taken they disappear from the calendar, so nobody can be reassigned and nobody gets cancelled ten minutes before pickup. It also means peak windows fill early, so airport departures and event nights are worth booking a day or two ahead.
