Flexible where it matters, fixed where it counts

Cancel a day more than an hour before pickup and it costs nothing, with the rest of the week left exactly as booked. Inside that final hour the ride is treated as committed, because the slot was held for you and turned away from other passengers.

Single days can be moved or cancelled on the website using the reference in your confirmation email, so a change of plan never means unpicking the whole arrangement.

Yes. Plenty of riders book the morning only and drive home with a colleague, or book both directions on two or three office days and work from home the rest of the week. The discount follows the number of rides you actually book — ten percent at three days in a week, fifteen percent at five days or more — so a hybrid pattern is priced honestly rather than penalised. How do you make sure my morning slot is really held?
